Ingredients

1 12-ounce package Full Circle™ Penne Rigate
2 tablespoons Full Circle™ Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 cup diced onion
2 cups sliced zucchini
1 26-ounce jar Full Circle™ Roasted Garlic Pasta Sauce

Cooking Instructions
Serves 6

Prepare pasta according to package directions; keep warm.  In a large non-stick skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.  Cook onion until translucent, 3 to 4 minutes.  Add zucchini and cook until tender, 3 to 4 minutes more, stirring frequently.  Add pasta sauce and heat until warm; toss with warm pasta.
