Full Circle All-Natural Chili

  • 1 pound Full Circle ground beef
  • 1 14 ½-ounce can Full Circle Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 cup onion, diced
  • 1 15-ounce can Full Circle Dark Red Kidney Beans
  • 1 cup red pepper, diced
  • 1 8-ounce can Full Circle Tomato Sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons chipotle chilis in adobo sauce, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

In a large saucepan, cook ground beef, onion, red pepper, and garlic until meat is brown. Drain fat. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cover. Simmer for 20 to 30 minutes.

For a vegetarian option, substitute Full Circle Soy Protein Meatless Burgers for the beef.
