Full Circle All-Natural Chili
- 1 pound Full Circle ground beef
- 1 14 ½-ounce can Full Circle Diced Tomatoes
- 1 cup onion, diced
- 1 15-ounce can Full Circle Dark Red Kidney Beans
- 1 cup red pepper, diced
- 1 8-ounce can Full Circle Tomato Sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 2 tablespoons chipotle chilis in adobo sauce, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
In a large saucepan, cook ground beef, onion, red pepper, and garlic until meat is brown. Drain fat. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cover. Simmer for 20 to 30 minutes.
For a vegetarian option, substitute Full Circle Soy Protein Meatless Burgers for the beef.
