Full Circle Penne Rigate

  • 12-ounce package Full Circle Penne Rigate
  • 2 tablespoons Full Circle Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 2 cups sliced zucchini
  • 26-ounce jar Full Circle Roasted Garlic Pasta Sauce

Serves 6

Prepare pasta according to package directions; keep warm. In a large non-stick skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Cook onion until translucent, 3 to 4 minutes. Add zucchini and cook until tender, 3 to 4 minutes more, stirring frequently. Add pasta sauce and heat until warm; toss with warm pasta.
