Full Circle Belgian Waffles
- 2 cups flour
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 Full Circle eggs, beaten
- 2 cups Full Circle milk
- ½ cup Full Circle butter, melted
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
In a medium bowl, stir together dry ingredients and make a well in the center; set aside. In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, butter, and vanilla. Add all at once to dry ingredients and stir until moistened. Do not over-mix; mixture will be lumpy. Bake in a pre-heated, lightly oiled waffle maker, according to manufacturer's directions. Serve warm with butter, powdered sugar and berries, if desired.
